Applying shouldn't wear you down. Fill in your profile once, and RolePebble writes a resume and cover letter for each job from what's true about you, and keeps track of every application.
Sound familiar?
“I've rewritten my resume five times this week.”
Write your profile once. Every resume is written from it.
“I apply and never hear back.”
Each application is written for what that job asks, so your most relevant experience comes first.
“I'm not sure I'm even qualified.”
See how you match before you apply: what you have, and the honest gaps.
“I've lost track of where I applied.”
Every application on one board, from draft to offer.
Why RolePebble
The same resume sent everywhere hides what makes you right for each job, and rewriting it every time takes hours. RolePebble reads each posting, shows how you match, and writes a resume and cover letter for it from your own profile, so the best of you comes through.

So your energy goes into the jobs, not the paperwork.
Written for each posting from your profile, in the tone you choose, and downloaded as a clean PDF.
A letter for the role, not a template, with the important gaps addressed honestly.
Each requirement checked against your profile, with where it comes from. What's missing is shown as a gap.
Ask for changes in plain words, edit any part yourself, and undo anything the AI changed.
Every application on a board from draft to offer, with a dashboard of how your search is going.
Search postings, score them against your profile, and start an application in one click.
From classic to modern, previewed live, so your resume looks right for the job.
Resumes and cover letters in any of 21 languages, with headings and dates to match.
How it works
Set it up once. After that, each application takes minutes, not an evening.
Step 1
Your experience, skills, projects and education in one place. Start from the resume you already have, as a PDF or Word file.
Step 2
RolePebble pulls out what the job asks for and checks it against your profile, so you see where you stand before you apply.
Step 3
Written for this posting from facts in your profile. Ask for changes in a chat until it's right, then download the PDFs.
Step 4
Every application on one board, from draft to sent, interview and offer, with a dashboard that shows what to follow up next.
Honest by design
RolePebble never invents experience: drafts only use facts from your profile. When a posting asks for something you don't have, RolePebble shows you the gap instead of making something up, and you decide what to do about it.
RolePebble is in development. People on the waitlist get invited to the private beta first, in small groups, and we'll email you when it's your turn.
There'll be a free plan to get started, and paid plans for more tailored applications. Prices will be announced before launch. The private beta is free.
No. Resumes and cover letters only use facts from your profile. When a job asks for something you don't have, you'll see it as a gap, not as an invented line on your resume.
Your profile and documents are only used to write your applications. You can export everything as one file or delete it all at any time. The privacy policy says exactly who receives what.
RolePebble is run by Ahmad Usama. It's built on Dossier, an open-source job search app by AienTech, and like Dossier its source code is public under the GNU AGPL.
A note from Ahmad
Looking for a job is one of the most stressful things we do, and most tools add pressure: more keywords, more applications, more tricks.
I'm building RolePebble to do the opposite: help you show your real experience well, for every job, without making anything up. Your data stays yours, and you'll always know what RolePebble does with it.
